Who to call if you've seen him: US Marshals Service 1-877-WANTED-2
Pennsylvania Biker Evades Cops, Marshals
From 2006 until 2009, the Pennsylvania State Police investigated the Pagan's Motorcycle Gang for various criminal conspiracy and drug-related activities. Among other allegations, cops tell AMW that the Pagan's were running cocaine and crystal meth from Atlanta to western Pennsylvania under the direction of one man: Raymond Overly.
In June 2009, arrest warrants came down, and authorities were finally able to round up a number of the Pagan's members and associates in the greater Pittsburgh area. But Overly, the Greensburg chapter's leader, avoided the net cast by law enforcement -- and to this day, he remains a ghost.
Ever since, the Pennsylvania State Police and the U.S. Marshals have been searching high and low for him, yet somehow, he's evaded them at every pass.
Outlaw Has Extensive Criminal History, Unique Tattoos
Based on his extensive criminal history, authorities tell AMW that Overly is not to be messed with. In addition to the numerous drug charges he's wanted for, he's also sought for failing to appear in a Pennsylvania courtroom to face an aggravated assault charge.
Since his early 20s, Overly's been charged with numerous assaults, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, harassment, robbery, burglary, kidnapping and more. Authorities want regular citizens to report any sightings of Overly immediately.
The distinct ink that he's marked his body with should allow the public to easily identify him.
He has a number of tattoos covering his body, including the Pagan's Motorcycle Gang emblem on his upper left chest.
On his arms, he has a goblin wearing a helmet that says "Helmet Laws Suck", a hooded goblin, a vampire-like creature with a green tongue surrounded by the text "Werewolves of Greensburg", and a red flame-surrounded "1%" logo.
Dangerous Fugitive Laying Low, Possibly On East Coast
Raymond Overly has family in Florida and may be seeking refuge with them. As recently as late 2009, authorities tracked his whereabouts to northern Florida, but he managed to vanish before they caught up with him.
Now the Marshals are more determined than ever to bring him down. They've added Overly to their notorious GangTECC Most Wanted list, and need your tips to lock him up for good.
Thoughts? That was Overly's archived AMW profile description and he was aired on August 28th, 2010. Ironically, I was planning on adding Overly to the site this week even before fellow motorcycle gang fugitive Randy Yager's capture, so this is perfect timing! Although the GangTECC Most Wanted List no longer exists, the fact Overly was put on it proves he's a dangerous man. And in my opinion, much like Yager, it wouldn't surprise me if Overly is wanted for a lot more than what's being said in public. I feel this is a dangerous and underrated fugitive. The fact he has not been caught despite his multiple tattoos means perhaps he's getting help hiding from fellow bikers. Or perhaps it's because I'm assuming his 2010 airing was a short profile and if expanded could have helped. (I love both shows and this is only constructive criticism meant lovingly but either AMW airs a guy just once for 5 seconds with no details and they could have captured him if they expanded his profile, or The Hunt does an hour on a guy with unnecessary details who could have done in 30 minutes an they could have captured at least a second fugitive if they fit one in. We can't win! LOL) In any case, it seems Overly is possibly in Northern Florida. Would be ironic if like Yager he winds up captured in Mexico as well though.
