(Above photo credit: FBI.Gov) Fugitive Profile as of March 23rd, 2015 (based on FBI.Gov wanted poster): Alias: Roger D. Parham Date(s) of Birth Used: July 21, 1946 Place of Birth: Arkansas Height: 5'10" Weight: 225 pounds Occupation: Computer-related work Hair: Brown Eyes: Blue Sex: Male Race: White Nationality: American Remarks: Parham is described as being very charming. Parham reportedly has an interest in photography as well as fixing and selling antiques. He prefers odd jobs so that he can get paid in cash. Parham is believed to have fled the state of Arkansas. He may have traveled to Mexico. TIPS: If you have any information concerning this person, please contact your local FBI office or the nearest American Embassy or Consulate. Tips can also be submitted electronically to the FBI at tips.fbi.govRoger Parham is an alleged child molester who has been wanted federally since 1999. Below is the FBI wanted poster description of his case: "On November 21, 1998, Roger Dale Parham was arrested for rape involving a minor. He was subsequently released on bond with conditions, by the Circuit Court of Sebastian County, Arkansas, Fort Smith District. Parham's bond was revoked after he failed to appear on the charge of rape. On June 3, 1999, a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. A federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Western District of Arkansas, Fort Smith, Arkansas, on September 10, 1999, after Parham was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution." Thoughts? I wish there was a little more detail in regards to Parham's alleged actions (was his alleged victim a neighbor, family member, etc.) but since a minor is involved it's completely understandable why there's not. What I do know is Parham has been on the run for just about 16 years now and that is way too long. Normally I wouldn't believe a white fugitive can stay undetected in Mexico for this long, but considering there's only one picture of Parham that we know of that isn't the best, anything is possible. www.fbi.gov/wanted/cac/roger-dale-parham/viewAdmin Note: If you have any news-related updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form

AMW-aired fugitives Michael Stephens and Adam Zachs did spend several years hiding out in Mexico before being arrested so even white fugitives can hide out there for a long time. I wonder why the FBI thinks Parham may have traveled to Mexico, do they have actual sightings or travel records?

As of July 16th, 2018, Parham is still listed as a wanted fugitive on the FBI's website. (Same link as in the OP).

Roger Parham should get an airing on AMW 2.0 the details of what he may be into like photography and repairing antiques is something that’ll get a viewers attention. Also I think if the FBI wanted to add a completely unknown case to its Top Ten List, Parham would be a great wild card and he’s from the FBI Little Rock which hasn’t added anyone for as long as I can remember.

Sounds like someone may have taken it into their own hands and gotten rid of him.

Crazy resolution to the case. I don’t condone murder no matter the victim but I don’t have to feel sorry for Parham either.

As cutok stated I'm glad there is a resolution to this case this kind of reminds me of the Frederick McLean case except he was murdered and McLean was able to die peacefully and never face justice again but as Scumhunter stated before we are not a vigilante forum but we also want the fugitive to be held accountable for there alleged crimes and the victims get justice the only plus side is that Parham will never again hurt any innocent people and let's hope he faces judgement on life after this one

Parham died in a brutal way. His body was wrapped in heavy tire chains and anchored with a hydraulic jack. There is no suspect yet, but this is a case i will keep an eye on.
I'm also wondering how many more John Doe's turn out to be long-time fugitives. Modern technologies should be able to identify more John Doe's and Jane Doe's in the future. It is an exciting development.

I want to warn everybody to please refrain from speculating as to specifics as to WHO murdered Roger Parham- it is unfair to family members and the victim who have already been victimized to now be accused of murder as well (please note this is not directed towards any forum members I privately messaged, but I have now been getting registrations from people who want to sleuth as to if family members or other people close to the victim killed Parham). Any comments suggesting family members of Parham’s victim are the ones who killed him will be deleted.

I agree with you this is such as bizarre case ending but we should not speculate as to who killed him since both the Kentucky and the Arkansas are actively investigating the circumstances around his death

I will never condone murder but I won't be upset if investigators put this case on the backburner either.

The only motive I can think of as to why Parham may have been killed is that someone knew about his past or Parham began to brag about his past crimes and someone didn’t wanna hear it and disposed of him.
While I also don’t condone murder, I feel what happen to Parham was divine justice.

I swear you didn’t do anything wrong toptenhunter and those are excellent theories, just your post reminded me I forgot I made a decision to lock this thread last week as there’s too much of a slippery slope when theorizing what happened to Parham.
I also realize that some people online are theorizing that Parham’s killer is a victim family member as in a “good for them” and not accusatory kind of way- and I’m going to be honest I’d want to kill Parham too if I was in the same situation (want and doing are two different things)- but that is still accusing them whether you mean it as an accusation or congratulations and still gets innocent people who are already victims in trouble:
So I am locking this thread but will open it again if there is ever any concrete news- an arrest in the case etc…
In conclusion, we don’t condone murder but we can all agree for now that what really killed Parham was karma.
