Whenever it's a drunk driving case, especially one where tips have run dry, I wonder if the person later died thanks to their habits. We've speculated on this about Michelle Comstock thanks to her hard-partying Lifestyle, so perhaps we can wonder about Schulze as well.
Also, I think Derek mentioned on the old forum, and I agree, even though there's no evidence supporting it, for some reason I can picture her in Canada. I have no valid reasons to back this up, it's just a random thought I have that for some reason I can see her there.
I would like to see this case solved though. The sad irony of it all was the victim was a young college student who started a "Students Against Drunk Driving" group.

I want to see her caught as well, there needs to be justice for her family of the her victim. I think she's still alive, who knows where but somewhere. Her family was pretty wealthy so I'm sure they gave her a good jump start to take off with.

A few months ago someone registered (forgot the screen name) and said they may have info on "the woman AMW's been looking for for 20 years." in the registration message and wanted to look her up here. Granted, they could have been referring to any female cold case fugitive wanted for 20 years or longer but my best guess is it is Schulze since she is the only one in this section whose fugitive warrant date is exactly 20 years ago. I assumed that person would eventually post if they had any questions (I would have deleted any specific tips though) but enough time has passed and they haven't. I apologize since I don't know the screen name for sure. The reason I am bringing this up is I may be mistaken but I saw someone log in the other day that may be that person. If it's not them I apologize. But even if it's not them, I figure this might get their attention if they look Schulze up again. So I just wanted to let that poster know we're here if they have any questions. We're an AMW fan site and don't take tips ourselves, but we are knowledgeable on cases and can at least possibly help with researching details so you can contact the appropriate avenues or we can help you find the appropriate avenue to report Schulze or if it's another female fugitive if you were referring to. We don't bite.

Double checked and the registration is too long ago for it to be her so it is NOT the same person. But still, if the poster who claimed to have info reads this and still needs help clearing things up, please let us know.

No update on this case, but check out this old article I found from 1999, published shortly after the arrest of Kathleen Soliah (aka, Sara Jane Olson). They talked about how following Soliah's arrest, police got hundreds of tips saying other fugitives were hiding out in Minnesota. One of those fugitives? Gloria Schulze You'll have to do a Control+F to find her, but apparently back in 1996/1997, she was allegedly working for a rehab center as a lobbyist. Even more bizarre? She apparently was close with the late Sen. Paul Wellstone! Obviously nothing ever came of this lead, but it's still really bizarre. www.citypages.com/1999-06-30/books/minnesota-s-most-wanted/full/Also, look at some of the other fugitives that were believed to be hiding out in Minnesota; Glen Godwin, Angel Resendiz, Donald Webb and even Osama bin Laden!

Oh wow, I already knew about the Schulze sighting- I never thought to mention it on here- brain freeze I guess- but they seemed pretty convinced about Glen Godwin. That's surprising.

This is possibly a way out there theory- but this is just a hunch- a man named Samuel Little recently confessed to several serial killings across the country over the course of various states between California and Florida from 1970 to 2005. Unlike other claimed serial killers, the FBI is taking Little's confessions very seriously and have either collaborated at least a few and/or developed strong evidence of his possible involvement according to media coverage. He has even drawn pictures of the victims from his recollections. One woman is a woman possibly named "Ann" Little claims to have killed in Arizona in 1997. The photo doesn't really look like Schulze and apparently no body has been found matching his confesion- but it's really just a hunch of mine that when you think about it- Schulze disappeared in 1995, she is from Arizona. Little was said to take advantage of vulnerable women involved in prostitution and drugs. Schulze as far as I know was not believed to be in prostitution, but she was someone said to not really work and depend off her family and she did have an addiction problem and I could see her as having been homeless in Arizona at the very least. It would make sense for her to use an alias and not her real name. Perhaps the photo doesn't look like her because his recollection changed over time. In all likelihood this is probably just my imagination running wild, but I feel it's not outside the realm of logic and I'll submit a tip to In Pursuit just in case. www.fbi.gov/news/stories/vicap-links-murders-to-prolific-serial-killer-112718
