(Above photo credit: amw.com archives) Fugitive Profile as of August 10th, 2014 (based on Hennepin County Sheriff's Office website): Gender: Male Race: Black Date of birth: Monday, March 20, 1972 Height: 6'0 Weight pounds: 200 Hair color: Black Eye color: Brown Scar: Between Eyes 1/4", Upper Right Arm 18", Acne Scars on Cheeks Who to call if you've seen him: Hennepin County Sheriff's Office at 1-888-988-TIPS (8477) Abdihakim Isse is wanted for molesting a disabled girl. He was aired once during a 15 Seconds of Shame segment in 2008. Isse was working as a school bus driver in Hennepin County, Minnesota. One day in Jun 2005, Isse was driving when he had only one passenger left on his route, a developmentally disabled 13-year old girl. Authorities say Isse molested her, then asked her if she wanted to see a movie with him. The FBI says that Isse frequently crosses the Canadian border and may have fled to Toronto. Thoughts? The FBI also believes that Isse may seek out Somali communities which is why I feel he's probably in Canada. www.hennepinsheriff.org/rogues/abdihakim-mohamed-isseAdmin Note: If you have any news-related updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form

This case is eerily similar to the Ricardo Olivares case, which makes me wonder how the heck do they screen these bus drivers. When a fugitive is close to or familiar with Mexico or Canada, there is always a good chance they fled there. Why stay in the U.S. when a familiar country to you right across the border is nearby? In my opinion, I think he fled to Toronto just as police suspect.

Hello justiceyemma, Welcome to the forum! Do you have any official articles about this? I believe you, but unfortunately we can't claim a fugitive as captured without any sort of article or definitive proof. The fact he's no longer on Hennepin's most wanted is a good sign, so hopefully there will be more public information soon. Looking forward to updates!

I attended the trial and Isse was found guilty after the jury deliberated for about an hour. He will be sentenced April 6th. I searched the Hennepin County court records online to link here but wasn't able to locate the information yet. Hopefully there will be more public updates soon.
