I’m not sure if someone said this already, but a theory of mine is that he could have fled to his native Haiti and died in the 2010 earthquake.

Ok maybe he won't be added after all. All indications based on the website images feed was they were planning on adding him but nothing yet after what is it now 3 months?

I've made Obas one of the fugitives of the week for this week hoping that perhaps they'll finally add him this week and it will be impeccable timing lol. The manhunt still deserves front page attention regardless.

Could be multiple reasons why the FBI is delaying to add him or simply declined to add him. Could have to do with U.S. Haitian relations at the moment. We won't know anything until someone- Obas or anyone else- is added.
