From foxbaltimore.com:
Northwest D.C. (WBFF) — It was December 2021 - investigators say Samuel Hernandez, 17, had agreed to meet a group of people at the Rock Cemetery in northwest D.C. The irony of the location, chilling.
Investigators said the teen may not have known the people he had agreed to meet, including Herson Guzman-Orellana, 20, were actually members of the Columbia Roadboys.
The gang originated in D.C.’s Columbia Heights community and predominantly operates within the northwest corridor.
“They have been involved in other gang related crimes, violent crimes in the area,” said Mathew Silver, Chief Deputy with the US Marshals Service. “They will fight or get in fights with other clicks in the area.”
Investigators said it's unclear why the victim met with the group, or exactly what led up to the murder.
According to the U.S. Marshals Service, police received reports of a shooting and found the teen dead at the scene. After check of his cell phone, investigators found exchanged text messages with a number later connected to Guzman-Orellana.
“Reviewing those text messages shows one about 20 minutes prior asking for a meet up at the location where the murder took place,” said Silverman.
But Guzman, nowhere to be found. Investigators said he has significant ties to D.C. and Baltimore, as well as El Salvador.
“We do believe he’s in the region however he has gotten wind we’re looking for him and has fled the area. We had some contact with people who knew who he was and they have not had contact recently,” said Silverman.
Guzman-Orellana stands at about 5’9” and weighs approximately 190 lbs.
Anyone with any information into his whereabouts is asked to contact the US Marshals Service tip line at 1-877-WANTED-2 or direct at 202-819-5058.

Thoughts? As far as I can tell, Guzman-Orellana is still at large as of today's posting date (January 2nd, 2023), since an article came out just last week mentioning him as one of Washington D.C.'s most wanted fugitives:
