I would also agree it wasn't a planned homicide and Patel had to improvise as opposed to planning a run. Well, I should clarify: I am not saying the murder wasn’t unplanned (premeditation can just be in seconds), I am saying there didn’t seem to be any planned flight beforehand.

Fair enough. I don't want to give him an excuse to try to get a manslaughter plea but I just meant he wasn't planning to kill her before that day.
For the reasons you stated I am still leaning towards Canada or the tri-state Northeast area.

I think your guesses are the most likely. Based on how he was really “wandering” after the murder, I wouldn’t doubt he is constantly on the move.

Sometimes the FBI just does publicity blitzes in general. Then again, they did a publicity blitz about Yaser Said when they nearly caught him in 2017 and didn't reveal it publicly.

Just wanted to say that in April of this year it’ll be both the 6th anniversary since the murder of palak Patel and the 4th anniversary since his addition to the Top Ten List if he’s not caught soon.

Today is the 6th anniversary since Palak Patel’s murder and on April 18th it’ll be 4 years since Bhadreshkumar Patel was placed on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted List.

Now that Yaser Said has been replaced, it means that Bhadreshkumar Patel is now in the Top 5 in terms of chronological order of additions.
Usually fugitive cases who have been on the run as long Bhadreshkumar Patel would only now be getting added to the Top Ten List as he’s been on the run for more than 6 years now, and thats the FBI’s sweet spot for adding fugitives usually around 6-7 years after the crime.
Believe it or not I also feel Bhadreshkumar Patel will go down soon because usually it’s rare for fugitives to be on the list more than 5 years statistically despite having seen it happen more with fugitives from 1999-2019 with Robert Fisher, Alexis Flores, Jason Derek Brown, Eduardo Ravelo, James Bulger, Semion Mogilevich, and Osama Bin Laden.
Heck even Yaser Said was still a fugitive until his 5th year on the Top Ten List, so that’s pretty telling.

It’s been been 7 years now since the murder of Palak Patel and 5 years ago today Bhadreshkumar Patel was placed on the FBI Top Ten List… being the 2nd fugitive added in the 2010s (the first being Yaser Said) to make it that long.
I attribute it to multiple factors, the first of which, Patel has a very common look to him (not to be racist), and he pretty much could fit in perfectly regardless of where in the world he may be, I wouldn’t be surprised if Patel was still in Maryland, only in a different county despite the passage of time based on his common looks.
The second I already touched on a bit, but it’s the fact that Patel fits in perfectly anywhere, whether it’s in another location in India or other places where the Desi diaspora lives like the United States, Canada, England, Pakistan or the Middle East.
Based on the fact that the FBI Most Wanted Twitter page has been publicizing him means they have no idea where he is and want to bring in more tips as to his whereabouts and I find it odd that guys like Arnoldo Jimenez and Alexis Flores haven’t been publicized on the anniversary of their crimes like others such as Bhadreshkumar Patel, Eugene Palmer, Alex Castillo.

Yeah like I said before, and sorry to sound like a broken record, it's the ultimate conundrum here because in theory he's going to flee to India, but he allegedly murdered his wife because she wanted to move back to India.
However, sometimes stories are embellished, and you wonder how much of that was the reason, or if Patel was just an alleged violent ticking time bomb who was going to snap for any reason.

I agree he may have been a violent ticking time bomb, and i think he’s awful given how he allegedly kept his cool after the murder, and there’s a possibility the murder was caught on surveillance as every news station/FBI/ Crime show runs the last few moments of Palak’s life on surveillance before the murder, it usually cuts as if something disturbing is going to happen next. If that’s the case, I see why Patel was placed on the Ten Most Wanted List after all.

I am sticking to my theory that this guy is in Canada... His movements just makes it logical in my mind

I am sticking to my theory that this guy is in Canada... His movements just makes it logical in my mind I actually agree with you and think I said it earlier in this thread that my number one guess is Canada. I feel it's a happy medium for him if he truly didn't want to go back to India, but also felt it would be too much heat on him in the U.S.

I feel it's a happy medium for him if he truly didn't want to go back to India, but also felt it would be too much heat on him in the U.S. That makes perfect sense. He probably wanted to find a middle ground.
