"Cops say that on August 3, 2003, Jose Luis Quiroz and three other individuals raped a mentally challenged 16-year-old girl.
The men allegedly picked up the girl from outside of an apartment complex where she had been roller blading and asked her to come for a ride in the car. Police say the men brought her to a local motel, where three of the men raped her. The men allegedly dropped her off afterwards, and gave her $20.00 to not tell anyone.
Quiroz is the only individual not yet apprehended."
Thoughts? Quiroz was aired on the April 10th, 2004 episode of America's Most Wanted. Unfortunately, that short blurb is all we have to go on and the only additional thing noted is he has worked as a landscaper. He is wanted out of Adams County- the problem is we don't know which Adams County he's wanted out of (Multiple states have an Adams County). So if anyone can help fill in any of the blanks, it would be much appreciated.
UPDATE: As of 7/20/2018, it is still unclear if Jose Quiroz is still wanted and if so where he is wanted out of and any filling in of the blanks is still appreciated.
Edit: We determined Quiroz is wanted out of Adams County, Colorado and their online warrants search show him as still at large at least as of 10/18/2020.
