DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 5-10, 145#, Black hair, Black eyes.
WANT: 5 counts of Lewd Acts with a Minor Child, and Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.
VEHICLE: None known
OTHER INFORMATION: Ruiz is wanted for the continuous sexual abuse of multiple minor victims from 1981 through 1996. He is possibly living in Mexico and travels back and forth to Southern California. His last known address is 202 S. James, Orange.

Thoughts? Leopoldo Ruiz was another cold case fugitive I found on an archived Law Enforcement website. In this case, I verified his still active warrant through the Orange County public warrants database. What scares me about this fugitive more than even most child molesters is that we know for sure that he started molesting children at age 19 and continued doing so for 15 years straight at least. This makes me believe that he hasn't quit his sick behaviour and is continuing to sexually abuse numerous children to this day. So therefore, Leopoldo needs to be caught as soon as possible.
