Thoughts? That above photo is kinda grainy and it's much better on that PDF link above (I just couldn't get a url for that photo for that site, it's in PDF format)
I also put 1997 as the wanted year since he's wanted for multiple crimes and I was confused as to when exactly his exact alleged offenses started. So instead of listing year of offense like I sometimes do, I looked up his warrant year, which is 1997, on the San Diego County warrants search.
