"On March 17 1995, Joseph Ewudzi Woode was gunned down by Samuel Kwablah Tamatey as he left his residence in Etobicoke, Ontario. Tamatey is wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant for First Degree Murder. He is believed to be hiding in his native country Ghana.
Working in conjunction with Toronto Police Service Homicide Squad."

Thoughts? Unfortunately not a lot as far as motives go but hopefully we can shine some light on this 21-year old and going case.
