The other reason why Flores has outlived Jason Brown and Robert Fisher on the Top Ten List is because Brown and Fisher are both pushing their 50s and 60s despite having been on the spotlight that is the list for 15-20 years without capture, on top of being publicized beyond the Top Ten List while they were on it. Alexis Flores being in his 40s makes him the youngest of the 2000s fugitives bunch.
I wanted to wait until the conclusion of In Pursuit Season 4 to write this but the fact that Robert Fisher has been aired twice on John Walsh’s crime shows since AMW 1.0’s cancellation, albeit the second time was only a 15 seconds of shame, while Alexis Flores hasn't been aired on a John Walsh show since AMW 1.0 is pretty odd, granted Jason Brown hasn’t been aired either but he’s had episodes done on him from other shows and news media, but the fact that Alexis Flores of all current, still at large Top Ten Fugitives (Excluding Yulan Archaga Carias and Ruja Ignatova), that Flores hasn’t been aired on In Pursuit yet, on top of that his FBI poster hasn’t been updated since May 2007 when the FBI was preparing to add him to the list.
In conclusion, I do believe that Yulan Carias plays apart in a way of why Alexis Flores remains on the list, also the inactivity in his case such as not being aired on a crime show or his poster not being updated May seem like it's excruciating hopelessness, but in reality when we piece the puzzles together I’m hopeful that we’ll have the positive outcome we’ve all been waiting for.

I was about to ponder here why Flores is still on the list where others like Brown and Fisher were removed. Especially on paper his case is the oldest of the three and harder to solve due to his deportation to Honduras. But if the Honduran government supposedly know the whereabouts of both Carias and Flores, then that makes things promising.

I think the Honduran Government is asking for any help they can get to find Carias, since he has already orchestrated a very-well executed escape. The reward from them may be turning Flores over, too.

You know I might sound crazy but with the arrests of Charles turk and hell a man running since 1984 Donald santori maybe flores will be caught this year or next but I'm got a feeling I can't explain he might be caught soon I don't want to get anybody's hopes but I'm certain this case will be resolved by 2024 I mean if Donald santori can elude us for 40 years why can't we catch this guy who's with me

And not to mention the relationship with Honduras has been steadily improving as we have the leader of the ms13 gang on the list that shows a new level of cooperation between us

I don't think the FBI will replace him soon. They added an age progressed photo of Flores to his wanted poster

He’ll be on for a couple more years at least. They must believe he could’ve possibly returned to the US, or else they wouldn’t have bothered with an age progression

That age-enhancement is one of the best ones I have ever seen the FBI perform. I do think they should’ve done one where he was balding just to be safe. The reason being, it looks like he has a widow’s peak in some of his mugshots, and some early signs of hairline recession.
Anyone else notice that they say the age progression is to his “mid-to-late 40s”? Translation: they likely don’t even have his Honduran birth records.

I think Flores might be covered in the AMW reboot. Didn’t Walsh say he wanted to cover this case again?

John Walsh doesn’t always have a say if the FBI for whatever reason doesn’t want him aired. For whatever reason positive or negative they haven’t been publicizing the case too much aside from keeping him on the top ten list.

However, I'm afraid they'll remove Flores if they do not capture anyone in the near future. Ignatova is the only other fugitive I see the FBI removing from the list soon without a capture.

It is weird because besides the age progressed photo there has been very little publicity otherwise and even that was done kinda quietly..

He will definitely be caught soon I'm sure he will he will slip up I read an article years ago that stated he's in Honduras being allegedly protected by his own family and turns out he's not very popular in the community where he's in but we know that he's in Honduras we just got to be patient we bagged a lot of major captures recently and over the years and given the fact that Juan Orlando Hernandez is out of the picture and has been convicted of drug trafficking in a new York court I firmly believe the new Honduran president is currently doing a good job working with the American authorities in fact we have a had more captured fugitives and what is awesome is they have been sent back to the us even though it is organized crime fugitives its a huge step in the right direction in my honest opinion
