Anyone else notice that the most recent photo of Flores is 13 years old, and the FBI hasn’t age-enhanced it? Leads me to believe they may be throwing in the towel on this one.

It's a bit frustrating they still don't have an age-progression photo of Flores, unless perhaps they may have a general idea where he is and it's a matter of extradition.
John Walsh has repeatedly said he wanted to take one more crack at Flores before he retired yet he never profiled him in all four seasons of The Hunt and at least at the moment I have no information that he will air on In Pursuit.

While Honduran news outlets have done numerous reports on Flores since at least 2012. The most recent was a year ago in October.

Kinda crazy to think Flores has now been on the Ten Most Wanted List for 12 years now.
It really hurts that this low life is hiding in Honduras with a slim chance of being brought back at the moment, but I hope karma is doing its job and Flores doesn’t live an easy or better off life since many people around the world are more connected to the internet and see the barbarity in his crime.
It’s also very sad that of all countries, Honduras is less likely to cooperate, I think it would be more easier to get Bhadreshkumar Patel back from India and Stanley Obas back from Haiti if they both are ever caught, rather than Honduras bringing back Flores and that’s a shame considering Honduras is a staunch U.S. ally in the region. Guatemala, El Salvador have returned their citizens that are wanted by the U.S. within the last 9 years.

Today is the nineteenth anniversary of the kidnapping, rape and murder of Iriana DeJesus.
I hope that Alexis will featured on In Pursuit this season. By this time this year, I also hope that he will be in a Philadelphia jail.

Yeah don't get me wrong, I love John Walsh and he's still my hero but if I ever get to have a longer than 5 minute conversation with him, I'm going to have to (politely) call him out on why he's said like since 2014 that he's going to profile Alexis Flores one more time before he retires and still hasn't yet. Unless it's basically known where Flores is and it's a matter of extradition and bureaucracy bs we see with many fugitive cases, so that's why we haven't seen Flores on The Hunt and/or In Pursuit yet.

Part of me thinks Flores’ case won’t be resolved with a crime show, or him being on the Top Ten List, but with Honduras either letting him live with near impunity, or send him back to the U.S. under special circumstances. A crime show won’t be needed and I think that because after 12 years on the Ten Most Wanted List, and people having gotten connected to the internet much more in that time since all over the world that perhaps people who know Alexis Flores’ family in Honduras would have said something by now or would have publicly shamed him for what he’s done, and Flores is living a pretty crappy life, but Honduran police just won’t arrest and extradite him because of the way the laws are.

Yeah my feeling is Flores might not be in hiding as it seems, but we still owe it to the memory of Iriana DeJesus to never forget this case and never stop trying to at least to find some way to have Flores sent back here.

I know I have mentioned this previously, but he fact that they haven’t come out with age-enhanced photos on Flores indicates to me that the FBI doesn’t have much optimism in bringing him in. He’s now been on the list over ten years.

I hate to say it but the best chance of getting justice for Iriana DeJesus would have been if the DNA they had taken from him had been put into a database and processed ASAP instead of the length of time it took. The fact the FBI hasn't updated photos of him speaks to what a couple of posters here are saying. The FBI more or less has thrown up the white flag.

The fact that they've yet to remove him gives some hope that they haven't given up entirely, but it is odd they haven't at least attempted an age-enhanced photo.

If there's no way the FBI can capture Flores, then it's no longer a matter of what leads they get, but what kind of physiological health Flores is in, and how he's holding out against the government-sponsored mass murder in Central America's Northern Triangle.

The most underrated/least talked about FBI Top 10 fugitive, i rarely hear about him unlike the other top ten fugitives. No new age progession photos, tbh as horrid his crimes are i think he should be replaced with a newer more catchable fugitive.

I honestly think it’s time the FBI takes him off the list however with the recent addition of a new image of FBI fugitive Edgardo Welchez-Marroquin, a fugitive on the run the same year, state and from the same country as Alexis Flores, I hope they add some new images of Flores or perhaps Honduras is in contact with investigators here and have sent them images of Flores since his deportation in 2005.

Unless the FBI knows something unfortunately negative that we don't, I still want to see Flores get an airing on In Pursuit and then if nothing comes of that they may have to unfortunately consider.
Once again we have to think of the victim and their family when it comes to debating of a fugitive should be taken off.
I know no one here means it that way, but imagine if you were Iriana's mother and you come across this site and see people suggesting the man that DNA evidence says brutally raped and murdered her toddler daughter should no longer be a top priority for the FBI?
I realize that there's the other argument that this manhunt seems to have become stagnant and there are other families who need help too.
But this is a beyond tragic case that I think deserves one last-ditch effort via a tv show or other sort of publicity blitz before giving a newer case a chance.
