Thoughts? I put 1997 with a question mark since based on Jurado's date of birth the only possible dates when he allegedly committed this offense is either 1996 or 1997. I tend to think it was more likely 1997 since his birthday is towards the latter part of the year but anyone else can correct me if they know for sure.
