"Romelio Castaneda Bustos, 42, is wanted for murder in 1995 and faces $1 million bail. Bustos allegedly used a ruse to draw the victim out of an apartment and shot him. The victim was dating Bustos’ estranged wife, according to police. He was last seen in Santa Ana and Pasco, Wash. Bustos is 5 feet 8 inches tall, 170 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes."

Thoughts? The above article snippet is somewhat old and inaccurate as Bustos would be 60 years old as of this posting date. (11/18/17). Still, I felt the main detail of what's alleged was good enough to make a profile. Bustos is still on Tustin California's Most Wanted list and still has a warrant in the Orange County public warrants search as of this posting date. (11/18/2017)
