I did have a question for others on the forum: I didn’t see the profiles in 1995 or 2002. Did they explain in those episodes how they developed information on how he may be traveling between Sinaloa, Mexico and the Los Angeles? I know that it’s suspected he is doing either trucking or drug trade work, and I was just wondering how that was developed. It seems like a promising lead.

Yeah never thought he could be laying low in the states I would he would blend In in like los Angeles or even south Florida particularly in Miami due to there sizable Hispanic population I know Chicago itself had a large Hispanic population might be worth looking into

Also does anyone know if he was born in ‘63 or ‘50? Those are two drastically different birthdays and that could affect his ability to be captured.

I noticed two aliases that Alvarado has allegedly used: 1) Luis Medina; 2) Otto Garcia. Those are drastically different from his own actual name. I am wondering if the FBI has caught word while he was on the run that he was using those aliases.
One thing I also noticed about Alvarado’s 1989 mugshot: he appears to have macrocephaly (an abnormally large head). That should help him stand out, and additionally, looking at his hair in those photos, it is very bushy, so I doubt he is balding, and I suspect the age-enhanced photo of his current possible hairline is accurate.
