Wilfred M. Peguero was from Jersey City. He was arrested and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child on November 12, 1994.
The victim was a 12-year-old girl and the crime occurred in Jersey City. He was tried and convicted in absentia on September 27, 2004.
He was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Thoughts? I am unsure of Peguero's actual warrant year since he was convicted 10 years later but I put 1994 in the thread title since when I'm unsure I usually just compromise and put the year of when the crime occurred.
