DESCRIPTION:
On January 22, 1998, Flores was driving eastbound on SR500 when he drove through a red light at Falk
Road and hit another vehicle, injuring the occupants. Flores fled the scene; however, the next day he
was taken into custody and booked. He was subsequently released and failed to appear in court.
