Flores fled the scene; however, the next day he was taken into custody and booked. He was subsequently released and failed to appear in court. ATTENTION: Do not try to approach the suspect. We should be thankful that Washington State and Florida has specific websites for their fugitive driving-related case offenders. I just hope some of the other larger states (California, New York, Texas, Illinois, etc) considers doing similar most-wanted lists someday, as these are some of the most likely alleged offenders to re-offend.
