I personally feel that Delbert Huber was involved, he fits the abductor's profile pristinely. Sadly, he died just 24 hours after his live interview. I also think that his son Tim must know something. There are ways to get him to talk. They should start with a meeting between Tim and Jacob's family.

Looked him up. Wow, didn't know about him and it's pretty crazy he died just a day after his news interview. Coincidence? Who knows.

And I have pretty much discounted that the abductor was on foot. Bloodhounds traced Jacob's scent to about halfway up the driveway, where they abrubtly stopped. And there could have easily been a car parked a half of a block off the road on a charcoal black, moonless night that the kids didn't notice. |

I should note some articles are saying the DNA links him to an assault in Cold Spring, while other say the DNA *possibly* links him. So I'll wait more info, right now there are different reports as to whether the DNA is definitely Heinrich's. Still a stunning development 26 years later. Wow! This made my week! I was beginning to think that I'd never google Jacob's name and see any developments. Although I still certainly don't have my hopes too high.
Anyway, you can see the indictment for the suspect for the child porn charges through this link.http://wjon.com/read-the-federal-indictment-against-daniel-heinrich-in-child-sex-case-document/. There is also some stuff about the Wetterling and Cold Spring cases that I never knew before in the indictment also.

CNN has some more information. - Daniel Heinrich was originally questioned about Jacob's disappearance in 1989. - CNN says that Daniel's DNA was found on the clothing of the 12-year old sexual assault victim in Cold Springs, Minnesota. Daniel can't be charged in that case because the statute of limitations have since expired. - A search warrant found tons of child pornography in Daniel's residence as well as news reports about Jacob's disappearance. www.cnn.com/2015/10/29/us/jacob-wetterling-child-abduction/index.html |

Breaking news: Jacob Wetterling's remains have been found, this has been confirmed by Patty Wetterling. Daniel Heinrich reportedly led authorities to his location. Sad but I'm glad the Wetterlings no longer have to suffer through the not knowing. Doesn't make things any less tragic but hopefully Heinrich will be charged in Jacob's death as well. P.S. People's reading comprehension skills seem to be even worse than usual here. The statute of limitations has run out in the Jared Scheirl case. That is what articles are referring to. There is no statute of limitations on murder should authorities choose to charge Heinrich with Jacob's.

We all must have feared this outcome in Jacob's disappearance. It's very wonderful when abducted children like Jaycee Dugard are found are so many years of being missing, but it's very rare for missing people to be safely recovered so many years after their abduction. My sincerest condolences to the entire Wetterling family and their friends.

My condolences to the Wetterlings and friends as well. One of the most notorious cases has been solved even though it isn't the way we wanted it to end, still some closure is better than none. Now that Bast**d Daniel Heinrich can pay for what he did to Jacob and the lack of closure and sadness Jacob's family has been through for 27 years.

There's still a lot more details that I'd love to know. Like why did Heinrich let the others go, but kill Jacob? How did he kill Jacob? Where was the body found?
