According to the Larimer County Sheriff's Page, Jasmir Sign is wanted for a 1996 warrant where he allegedly sexually assaulted a child in the community of Loveland, Colorado. The photo of him is from 1996. Further information/details are not known (I also checked the archived newspaper websites).
