Both and especially the Alan Wood case is eerily similar. Also I sincerely doubt it since what would be his age at the time (early 30s) and physical description don’t match up but just in case I did submit a tip to the FBI about a fugitive we covered earlier this year named Harold “Bob” Dulaney. He was wanted out of Portland for a bar murder before being captured. He was described as walks with a limp and hunched posture and looks a little like the sketch. He also very nearly left no evidence behind, which also tells me that he has experience in destroying evidence, possibly from other crimes he has committed.
