Carmelo Mendoza is wanted for the murder of his former co-worker. He was a 15 SOS case in 2009 and was the 50/50 Fugitive of 2011 for the State of Utah.
Carmelo Mendoza worked for a roofing company for three years but got into an argument with co-worker, Domingo Chavez-Lopez. Carmelo was disgruntled that Domingo requested that Carmelo be removed from the work crew they were part of. On Aug 23, 2009, Carmelo went to home of Domingo, his wife and three children in Taylorsville, Utah. When Domingo answered the door, Carmelo shot Domingo and his wife, killing Domingo. One of their children witnessed the shooting. Carmelo then immediately fled to Mexico since Carmelo made his last recorded call on Aug 24 from San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico.
Thoughts? Mendoza is probably still in Mexico somewhere in my opinion.
