These were really tough especially the first match-up.
First goes to Reeves slightly because even though it's even he had the longer rap sheet.
Second goes Beatty for the fact this was a mass shooting that could have went even more awry and the unique way in which he surrendered.

danwind- In the future just click reply. You don't need to quote in order to vote. It's hard to see your votes otherwise. This is good advice for all threads. Quoting isn't always necessary. Just click reply instead.

I'll cast my votes for Gerald Ray Reeves for his longer criminal record and Kelvin L Bryant just for the sake of it not being a shut-out.
Thomas Ludd Findley Jr., #132, Dcb 29, 1990 In January 1990, a South Carolina woman spurned his sexual advances and kicked him out of her house, and he killed her in revenge. Just under a year later, he was busted in Orlando, Florida, picking up paychecks at a Social Security office.
vs
Roger Bobsie Hanson, #137, Jnr 14, 1991 In July 1986, he sliced up his wife with a machete and burned her corpse using gasoline in North Carolina. He was busted in Canada.
and
Jesse Morrison and Michael Berry, #104/#105, Mrc 27, 1990 In Los Angeles County, he shot down an amateur boxer during a robbery and wounded the boxer's sister. After their airing, they surrendered in Maryland. The crime scene was so grisly that Morrison was condemned to death, and his criminal mentor Berry got life with no parole just for his involvement as an accomplice.
vs
Darryl "Mutt" Smith, #157, Jne 23, 1991 Before he became a familiar face on AMW, he'd been convicted of 2nd degree murder. In October 1990, he struck again, shooting a rap singer to death in front of a crowd in Sarasota, Florida. AMW busted him in nearby Miami, and he's now serving a life sentence.
Thomas Ludd Findley may have been a sex crime risk, and I take potential sex abusers very seriously, but Roger Bobsie Hanson murdered and utterly destroyed his wife in an outrageously brutal fashion! Mutt had killed a total of 2 people before he went away for life, while Jesse Morrison had a casualty toll of 1 dead, 1 wounded. But for Michael Berry to be sent to lifer's row for serving as an accomplice, it must've been one particularly gory and disturbing crime scene. I'll give the slight edge to Mutt Smith for his 2 deaths and the crowd whom his bullets barely missed.

Roger Bobsie Hanson defeats Thomas Ludd Findley 0 to 4, and Darryl "Mutt" Smith defeats Jesse Morrison 1 to 3. I keep forgetting that so many votes have already been cast. I need to speed this up!
Gregory Tarkenton, #169, Spt 6, 1991 In October 1979, he beheaded a woman in Pennsylvania whom acquaintances described as his girlfriend using 3 large blades, including a sword. He escaped a Harrisburg prison four days before 1983. AMW busted him in Englewood, Colorado, studying to become a nurse's aide. He's now serving life in prison.
vs
William Cecil Brandon Jr, #199, Apl 19, 1992 In December 1991, a 13 year old boy in Baltimore played a ding dong ditching prank on Brandon's father, taunting him repeatedly. In a fit of rage, Brandon grasped the child and shot him to death. He was busted in the same state.
and
Vincent Giattino, #162, Jly 29, 1991 A Bonanno Mafia branch hitman on the US Marshal's 15 Most Wanted list. In Brooklyn, New York, he shot an FBI informant to death. He also accessorized to a woman's murder and dismemberment. He was busted in Pompano Beach, Florida.
vs
John Barrett Hawkins, #163, Ags 1, 1991 A would-be actor who laundered insurance fraud money through a sweatpants company. To collect insurance, he killed a man in order to fake his boyfriend's death. He was busted jet skiing off the coast of Sardinia, Italy, just after he fled his Amsterdam, Holland hideout.
The first one is hard. Homicide of an adult in a gory fashion, or homicide of a child over a petty ding dong ditching prank? I'll need a more convincing argument before I cast my vote here. The second one was a little easier. Giattino was on the US Marshal's 15 Most Wanted list, killed an FBI informant, and played a background role in a more gruesome murder. But it was impressive that Hawkins was caught despite traveling all around Europe and the Atlantic Ocean, so again I'll need a more convincing argument.

Wow. These might be my hardest votes yet. One thing I realized though is I've been voting without taking sentencing into account.
I have no idea what Brandon's sentence was even though his crime was so petty and senseless. My vote is tentatively for Frankenton for having a life sentence. If anyone here can prove Brandon received the same sentence my vote changes to him.
And as colorful and infamous a capture as Hawkins was, he was recently released from prison. From what I found on Google, Giattino received five life sentences. So my vote goes to him.

I checked the Maryland Department Of Corrections website and there's no listing for William Brandon Jr. in the search feature. Based on the msn.tv listing for AMW: Final Justice, I think this case was featured on one of the last episodes (Mar 8, 1996, "Man shoots prankster") so I'm assuming he was convicted of something. He was 49-years old when he was arrested in 1992 so there is a slight chance that he died in prison by now. However, I'll vote for Tarkenton as well. tv.msn.com/tv/series-episodes/america's-most-wanted-final-justice/?si=1&ipp=40 For the second matchup, I'm voting for Giattino due to him being a mob hitman and being wanted for overall worse crimes.
