U.S. Marshals are now offering a $5,000 reward for Sirmons capture (which confirms he's unfortunately still at large as of 12/5/2019) and have elevated the manhunt to "Major case" status after investigators learned he is also accused of violent crimes in multiple counties. In addition to the murders of Derrick and Josh Dennis, Sirmons is wanted in Georgia on aggravated assault charges in Cobb County from 2013, Gwinnett County from 2015 and Bibb County from 2018. He has previously been arrested on charges related to drugs, assault, terroristic threats and kidnapping. In addition to the numbers from the article, anyone with information can also now contact the U.S. Marshals at (877)-926-8332 or send tip information via the tips app at www.usmarshals.gov. www.ajc.com/news/crime--law/marshals-offer-reward-for-gwinnett-double-murder-suspect/34ftEDYF7eYWDWhU4eWHMK/

In light of the new revelations, within the hour I'm going to make Sirmons my case of the week for December 8th-14th, 2019 and push my yearly most wanted list and #1 most wanted of 2019 next week. Sirmons won't be #1, but will definitely be in my top 10 if he is unfortunately still at large next week, but hopefully this helps a little in ending the search for him sooner.

I may have stated this before, but the US Marshals once listed some of their major case fugitives on their website. However the fugitive profiles haven’t been there for several years.
Surely a division of the US Department of Justice can find the time to publicize some major case fugitives like Karlton Sirmons online.

Disappointing but I am wondering about his charges other than murder. Once again not guilty does not always mean that a jury believes a defendant is truly innocent but that the prosecution did not prove their case. And obviously there seems to be a concern about prosecutions in Gwinnett County in general here.
