From mercurynews.com:
SAN JOSE – Authorities on Wednesday announced the arrests of three Los Angeles County residents in connection with the shooting death of a 26-year-old San Jose man nearly four years ago.
A fourth suspect has also been identified, but he remains at large, said San Jose police Officer Gina Tepoorten.
Tepoorten said the victim, identified as Justin Tran, was shot and killed inside his vehicle on the 1700 block of Cape Aston Court in San Jose about 9:20 p.m. on June 27, 2016.
An investigation by homicide detectives led to the identification of four suspects in the case: 45-year-old Jorge Fernandez, 30-year-old Janine Marie Cordova, 27-year-old Ruben Larios Lopez and 25-year-old Myung Jin Kim. Warrants were then secured for their arrests, Tepoorten said.
Tepoorten said Fernandez, Cordova and Lopez were already in custody on unrelated charges at various detention facilities in California. They are now awaiting extradition to Santa Clara County.
Kim, however, remains at large and is also wanted in connection with an unrelated homicide in Westminster, Calif., Tepoorten said.
The investigation into the San Jose homicide is continuing and anyone with information can contact Detective Sgt. Todd Jennings or Detective Brian McDonald at 408-277-5283.
Those wishing to remain anonymous can leave a tip with Silicon Valley Crime Stoppers at 408-947-STOP (7867) or svcrimestoppers.org. Tipsters may be eligible for a cash reward.

Thoughts? Based on the above news report's posting date, Kim was still at large at least as of March 18th, 2020. I figured out the incident year for the Westminister murder Kim was possibly involved in from the website Fugitive Watch, although it should be noted Kim appears to have been officially charged in the San Jose case this year even though it happened in 2016.
