Earlier in the year, Cinthya, her brother-in-law Arturo De Oca and another man, kidnapped Cinthya's boyfriend and held him for ransom. Cinthya was also John Walsh's #8 Most Wanted Fugitive of 2008. Eventually the three killed the man by burying him alive. Most recently in 2011, one of the people invovled, Oscar Martinez was convicted of the crime. Something I always found weird was that amw.com never gave Arturo De Oca a website profile despite the fact that he's also presumably still wanted. Both are believed to be in Mexico. www.myvalleynews.com/story/56851/Admin Note: If you have any news-related updated information on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form

I was also going to mention Arturo De Oca when I saw who this topic was about. I wonder if AMW does eventually capture Rodriguez and De Oca as a direct result, if they will only count Rodriguez.
I hope she's caught soon. I actually had her ranked higher than Sarah Pender on my personal most wanted list of 2008. Both were a bit femme fatale, but I just felt Rodriguez's alleged crime of helping in the kidnapping and burying an innocent man alive was much worse than Pender ordering a hit on a guy who stole drug money. In no way do I justify what Pender did and as far I'm concerned she's right where she belongs, but I sympathized with Cynthia Rodrguez's victim a lot more.

Both Arturo de Oca and Cinthya Rodriguez were on the FBI website from 2008 or 2009 and were Removed sometime in late 2010. I’m curious why they were both removed since there is no indication that they’ve been captured.
This is one of those cases that despite no longer being on the FBI website, should be considered for the FBI Top Ten. Cinthya Rodriguez has been on the run for almost 10 years and she’s only 35 years old. However a third person involved was convicted in 2011, but Rodriguez and Arturo de Oca remain at large.

I want to mention that if you type in "Riverside County Court Records" into Google, the first search result I believe is their court records page. It's under "Search Court Records - Public Access - Riverside Superior Court". For some reason it's not loading up on my computer but I wanted to see if anyone else could check Cinthya Rodriguez's case there. However if it says only for law enforcement to look up, then don't bother with it.

You can look up via public access but it's at least one dollar per name search. Don't want to sound cheap but I'd rather just assume she and De Oca are still at large (as of this update- 12/28/2017 at the very least) until proven otherwise lol.

I was afraid of that. I know a lot of the court record/warrant search pages are free but not all of them are. I agree it's better to just wait until proven otherwise.

PACER records show no movement in the UFAP case against Cinthya Rodriguez since it was issued on April 28, 2008. I haven't checked the records for Arturo De Oca yet but I know for sure that as of today, July 13, 2020, Cinthya Rodriguez is still at large.

Here’s an article talking about the conviction of Oscar Martinez in 2011, one of the 3 people charged. Even though Martinez didn’t do the killing he still was charged as he was still involved. It talks about Cinthya Rodriguez and Arturo De Oca. Apparently after the trio kidnapped the victim, they kept asking for a $2,000,000 ransom but eventually buried him alive in his own backyard in Moreno Valley. The victims name is Orlando Duarte Sr, a businessman and Orange County Law Clerk. www.pe.com/2011/06/16/moreno-valley-man-guilty-in-2008-kidnap-murder-of-law-clerk/
