Omar Mora is wanted for a double homicide out of Warsaw, Indiana. He was aired twice as a 15 Seconds Of Shame case (I think) in 2008.
Lisa Bowdler-Mora had recently started a new relationship with a gas station manager named Harpel Singh. Lisa's ex-husband Omar Mora was struck with jealousy. On May 23, 2007, Omar showed up at the gas station and asked Harpel to come outside and talk to him about Lisa. Omar then pulled out a gun from his truck and shot Harpel to death. Minutes later, Omar went to his home where Lisa was looking after their two young children. Omar shot through the garage door before shooting Lisa to death in the hallway as their children watched in horror. Leaving behind his passport, wallet and credit cards, he managed to flee and eventually make his way to Mexico according to investigators, even though his truck was later recovered in Chicago. It took two and a half years for investigators to get an arrest warrant out of Mexico.
Thoughts? I consider this to be yet another underrated short profile AMW case. Investigators called this a premeditated act of jealousy and rage and Omar needs to be held accountable for these charges. If he's still in Mexico, hopefully he'll be arrested there one day.
