Three brothers in their 30s are accused of breaking into a bedroom where a scared 10-year-old tried to escape them before they held her down and raped her.
Raul and Wilmer Paz-Perez, both 35, and Elder Paz-Perez, 31, allegedly attacked the child on Sept. 9, according to a press release from the Kenner Police Department. The siblings live with the child in a Kenner home, and are friends of the girl's family, the Associated Press reports.
"All three men were home alone with the victim when they made sexual advances toward the child in which they offered money for sex," the press release stated. “The child locked herself in the bedroom.”
While she tried to keep the men out, they allegedly kept on trying to attack her. Police claim one of the men eventually “defeated” the lock on the bedroom door and the three entered the room where they undressed the child. Then, they allegedly “held her down and sexually assaulted her."
The victim disclosed the alleged rape to a relative on Saturday. Raul and Wilmer were arrested and charged with first-degree rape of a victim under the age of 13 the same day. They are being held without bond.
Raul and Wilmer allegedly gave conflicting statements about what they were doing at the time of the attack, NOLA reports.
Elder is still at large and wanted. He, too, is accused of first-degree rape of a victim under the age of 13.
It’s unclear if any of the siblings have attorneys at this time who can comment on their behalf.

Thoughts? Based on the above article's posting date, Paz-Perez was still at large at least as of September 17th, 2020. Also I am placing him in the Fugitives on TV section due to the Oxygen network's website Crime News coverage.
Sorry for starting off so technical as to say this is a shocking and disgusting alleged crime is the understatement of this still new decade and this guy desperately needs to be located before he can allegedly harm any other young girls.
