From kjzz.com:
SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — An accused child sex predator wanted for sexually abusing two young girls at a home in Taylorsville is the focus of this weeks At Large: Utah’s Fugitives. The Special Victims Unit of the Unified Police Department is worried if they don’t catch him soon, there could be more victims.
“These are not crimes that we take lightly at all,” says Sgt. Melody Cutler with UPD.
Alberto Cisneros-Perez is like a ghost in the machine. Not much is known about him.
“This is an individual that our Special Victims Unit would very much to see apprehended and hopefully get him off the streets,” says Cutler.
UPD provided 2News Investigates with what they say is Cisneros-Perez’s fake Mexican passport and the picture from his photo ID. UPD says in June of 2021 Cisneros-Perez sexually abused two young girls at a home he was living in with a family. The victims are a 6-year-old girl and a 10-year-old girl. They told their mother what happened right after the incident and when their father found out he came unglued and kicked Cisneros-Perez out of his house before calling police.
“Unfortunately, he did this before the police were notified and because of that, we to this point, have been unable to locate him,” says Cutler.
Alberto Cisneros-Perez also goes by "Beto." He's about 35-years old and has lived in the Salt Lake Valley for many years. With no prior criminal record, UPD could find, Special Victims Unit investigators have little to go on.
Cutler says, “We do know he drove what they described as a very, very beat up white Dodge Neon.”
But they don't have the license plate number. Sergeant Cutler says odds are that beat up white Dodge Neon he was known to drive isn't registered in his name.
For UPD’S SVU it’s a difficult case because so little is known about Cisneros-Perez.
“This is, you know again, one of those types of cases that the detectives that work these are incredibly passionate and they have to be because they're difficult to work when you see these very innocent children that are being victimized,” Cutler said.
Alberto Cisneros-Perez has been on the run for nine months now after seemingly dropping off the grid.
We don't want this individual out there victimizing other young children,” said Cutler.
If you have any information about him, you’re urged to call UPD at 385-468-9768. Or email the detective on this case at: kmccloskey@updsl.org

Thoughts? We know Cisneros-Perez is still at large at least as of today's posting date (April 16th, 2022), since the above article is from today. I don't see him in Utah's statewide warrant search yet but I'll continue to monitor that and any potential articles in the future.
