Casey Allen Roe is an ex-cop turned alleged molestation suspect. He was aired on the April 7th, 2007 episode of AMW on Fox. Below is the archived description of his case:

Betrayal Of Trust

Police in Texas say Casey Allen Roe had just graduated from the police academy when he started to be investigated. According to investigators Roe met his 14-year-old neighbor in May 2005 and befriended her. Once he had her trust, cops say he started to have sex with her numerous times. Soon after, the young girl was pregnant.

Roe was fired from the Fort Worth Police Department and charged with Sexual Assault of a Child Under 14. He posted bond and a court hearing was scheduled for Feb. 2, 2007. But Roe didn't abide by the law and instead, cops say he hit the road and now is nowhere to be found.

Police say that while in training Roe didn't show any suspicious behavior. However, now they think that there may be other victims out there. Before taking off, Roe was working at a fitness club. Cops say he is fluent in Spanish and that he may have had laser eye surgery.

Thoughts? I actually had to confirm this was still an active case for a side project. And thankfully my other methods worked first in confirming it, because nothing would be more awkward than calling a police department and going "Hey, I need confirmation on a fugitive that used to work with you..."

The great thing about AMW was they didn't care who you were. White, black, brown, green. A cop, a politician, or a prominent Doctor. If you were accused of a crime, they went after you. And Roe, while still entitled to a presumption of innocence like any other fugitive, is so much worse if he is a predator because he was in a position of trust.

There's been a lot of controversies in the news regarding police lately. Most cops are good. They risk their lives every day. I have one in my family. But unfortunately, there are bad ones as well. Thankfully the good cops FAR outweigh the bad ones. And we need to hold those rare bad ones accountable. ALL of us can still work together for our communities, and we have to as well.

Casey Roe is allegedly one of those who turned to the other side of the law, so if you know where he is, Crime Stoppers is an anonymous line where you can do the right thing and call in a tip.

P.S. A little bit of trivia I found on TV.COM. On Roe's AMW segment, his glasses are clearly visible with a clear reflection of light. When he is later featured in the episode his glasses are barely visible and the reflection is gone. (Hey pakman, did you send that one in? LOL )

P.P.S For all of you tired of me bombarding the message board with cases lately, I have some good news. Roe is the last fugitive from my side project to add to this site. The bad news is I still have two unknowns from that project I confirmed, and of course plenty of other cases as well. But my postings should slightly- slightly- die down now.

Edit: This post was made before the tragic killing today of 2 police officers in NY. I apologize if this was badly timed as obviously I couldn't anticipate that. As said above, most cops are heroes. Roe is one of the few alleged bad ones.

UPDATE: While Roe was confirmed to still be at large at the time of our original posting (12/20/2014), nearly four years have passed at the time of this update. (7/21/2018). As far as I can tell, Roe is still at large as of our aforementioned update time, since I haven't found anything online that suggests otherwise. However, if anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, they are always more than welcome to let us know.
