Next up is the newest addition to Crime Stopper’s 10 Most Wanted list. Rafael Mendoza Ramirez has been on the run for the last few months on charges of three counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor. The victim, who is a young teenager, said she was engaged in an ongoing sexual relationship with Ramirez, who was a 35-year-old co-worker. There was no possible way that Ramirez could have claimed that he didn’t know how old she was since he was the person who actually hired her and processed all of her employment paperwork. Once the girl’s parents found out about the activity, they immediately reported it to police. And as soon as a warrant for Ramirez’s arrest was issued, he went into hiding. Ramirez, who is known to his friends as “Primo”, was last known to be living in Cape Coral, working as a cook, busser, and dishwasher for local restaurants. He is 5’7”, 150 pounds, and upon his arrest, he will be held without bond.
