Howard Nodine was aired on the April 1st, 2000 episode of AMW on Fox.
On July 16, 1982, Nodine was convicted of raping a 13-month-old baby girl and was sentenced to six to 18 years in a New York prison. He was conditionally released to parole supervision on June 25, 1993, but stopped reporting to his parole officer and left his approved address.
Authorities issued a warrant for Nodine’s arrest on August 4, 1993. He has been on the run ever since.
Thoughts? It is rather scary no one has seen Nodine since 1993 which is why it's so important he be caught, since here is a possibility he could have harmed more children while on the run. On the top right is an age-enhanced photo from New York State Parole's Most Wanted list. Hopefully it's somewhat accurate and can help lead to his capture.
