Oshea Williams is wanted for the homicide of Jimm Route. Jimm was in his vehicle in a parking lot when Oshea approached the vehicle and allegedly fired gunshots at it. Jimm was killed. There was no apparent provocation and the motive for Jimm's homicide is unknown.
Oshea has an extensive criminal history dating back to when he was approximately 15 years of age. This includes two robberies, firing a gun at a community center and escaping from a juvenile rehabilitation facility.

Thoughts? As of today, June 8, 2023, Oshea is confirmed to still be fugitive based on new articles from yesterday. Oshea should be considered extremely dangerous based on his criminal history and this homicide with no known motive. I hope that Jimm's family will get the justice that they deserve.
