Gabriel Hernandez is wanted for the negligent homicide of 83-year old Albert Burns. Albert was outside checking his mail when Gabriel lost control of his vehicle on the snow. Gabriel then allegedly struck and killed Albert. At the time of Albert's death, Gabriel was driving on a denied driver's license and also did not have insurance.
Newspapers.com archives say that Gabriel was arrested but missed a court date as he may have fled to Mexico.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Spanish Fork Police Department at 801-804-4700 if you have any information on Gabriel Hernandez's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, November 25, 2023, Gabriel has an active warrant according to Utah's statewide warrants database. I checked PACER and did not find a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Gabriel.
I hope that Albert's family can get the justice and answers that they deserve.
