Sergio Maciel-Rivera is wanted for the vehicular homicide of 50-year old Paulette Singletary. Sergio was allegedly driving his pickup truck while intoxicated when he slammed into Paulette's vehicle. Paulette's vehicle caught fire and Paulette was killed as a result. Newspapers.com mentions that Sergio is now wanted for DUI Manslaughter. Sergio also did not have a valid driver's license.

Thoughts? As of today, December 25, 2023, Sergio has a listed homicide warrant in Florida's statewide warrants database. I checked PACER and did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Sergio.
I hope that Paulette's family will get the justice and accountability they deserve.
