Sing Jun Jang is the last suspect wanted in connection with a quadruple homicide. Sing and his co-defendants were members of the Fuk Ching gang. The gang made money from illegal activities such as arson, extortion, loan sharking and smuggling Chinese immigrants into the United States. The gang members plotted to kill members of a rival gang and steal an expected shipment of Chinese immigrants.
The Fuk Ching gang members attacked a safe house belonging to the rival gang. As a result, Ling Wang Guo, Yu Ping Zhang, Guang Sheng Li, and Liang Qun Guo were shot and stabbed to death. A smuggled Chinese immigrant survived the attack. Most of the Fuk Ching gang members were arrested after the quadruple homicide and convicted. Sing Jun Jang is still wanted for his alleged involvement in the horrific crime.
Based on crime location, it is advised to visit cityprotect.com/agency/bcsonj to submit a tip to the Bergen County Sheriff's Department. This is if any readers have information on Jang's whereabouts. The Sheriff's Department can also be contacted at 201-336-3500. (ext. 4506 for Sgt. Richard Riotto).

Thoughts? As of today, February 23, 2024, a credible member has validated through law enforcement that Jang still has an active warrant for his arrest. This case is still being worked on. I also checked PACER and did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Jang. The online records for New Jersey's federal court district may not go back that far however.
Jang at this point could be anywhere in either the US or Asia, including China. As of 2024, Chinese officials are willing to potentially prosecute US fugitives in their country as long as US prosecutors agree to it. The main things I assume US prosecutors have to do is translate court documents into Chinese and send the documents to the Chinese government. We have seen prosecutor offices in the US either agree to this or not agree to it. I trust that the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office would be willing to do this since this is a quadruple homicide.
Wherever Jang may be in the world today, he is still extremely dangerous and needs to be brought to justice. I want to thank our credible member for verifying the warrant so I could give this case a publicity opportunity. Hopefully there will be readers who can provide useful information to the Bergen County Sheriff's Department.
