Sebastian's photo is shown age-progressed to 9 years. He was allegedly abducted by his mother, Zoe McLellan, on April 16, 2019. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for Zoe on May 14, 2021.

Thoughts? I am placing Sebastian’s case in the National Media section due to this case making various national news websites and media due to Zoe Mclellan, Sebastian’s mom and suspected abductor, being a former famous actress who was in NCIS: New Orleans.
