Haneef Ali is wanted for the homicide of 15-year old Randy Mills. Haneef and Randy were both on a city transit bus when Haneef engaged Randy in a verbal altercation. That is when Haneef allegedly shot Randy to death. Haneef has been wanted ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, November 14, 2024, Haneef is listed as a wanted fugitive on the Philly Most Wanted website. The fact that Haneef is willing to start an argument and allegedly shoot a 15-year old on a public bus shows how dangerous he is. No details have been mentioned on whether it is believed that Haneef fled Philadelphia. Wherever he is, I assume he may have cut off his braids to alter his appearance.
I hope that Randy's family will get justice and accountability in their loved one's case.
