Info based on Clackamas County Warrant Search & Online Research:
Name: Rogelio Deaquino
DOB: 11/27/60 (54 years old as of April 17th, 2015)
Who to call if you've seen him: Based on warrant search/wanted location, our advice would be to call the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Tip Line at (503) 723-4949 or e-mail them at the following link: web3.clackamas.us/contact/tip.jsp
Rogelio Deaquino was aired at least twice on AMW- June 11th, 2005 and September 16th, 2005. Below is the archive description of his case:
Convicted Rapist On The Run
In Oregon, a young mentally handicapped woman wanted independence and a new life. She asked her parents for the opportunity to grow as an adult. So, her parents moved her to a controlled environment where she had her own apartment, close to several peers. She also found employment and rode the bus to her job at a local grocery store. Things were going well, and the young woman was making strides and establishing her life on her own. But, her new life of independence and normalcy was shattered one day by one of her neighbors - Rogelio Deaquino.
Cops say Deaquino lured the 25-year-old woman to his apartment, saying they were going to watch cartoons. There, cops say, Rogelio Deaquino brutally raped and sodomized the 25-year-old woman. Deaquino was arrested and charged, but fled in the middle of his trial. He was convicted in absentia and sentenced by a jury to 100 months but cops have been unable to track him down.
Thoughts? Unfortunately, the profile portion in the AMW archive no longer works, so I don't know Deaquino's height, weight, possible whereabouts etc. but he was confirmed in the Clackamas County warrant search system as still being wanted as of 4/15/2017. And thankfully they had his date of birth so we now as of this posting he's 54 years old. This is a pretty disgusting crime- and personally I think 100 months, which is roughly 8 years and a few months is way too light for raping a HANDICAPPED woman- but at least Deaquino won't have entirely gotten away with it. Let's hope someone out there still knows something.

UPDATE: As of 7/20/2018, Deaquino was still listed as having a warrant in Oregon's online criminal court records (Odyssey): webportal.courts.oregon.gov/portal/Home/WorkspaceMode?p=0
