Vicente "Indio, Coyote, El Diablo" Chihuahua was aired on the March 24th, 2007 episode of AMW. Unfortunately, the archive linking to his profile description no longer works so I can't post his age, height, etc., however, it still has the case description which I will post below.
A Short Temper Can Be Fatal
Vicente Chihuahua was a recognizable face around Chicago. He could often be found collecting scrap metal to earn money in the 13th, 14th, 19th, and 25th Districts.
What was not commonly known about him was that he had a short temper. According to cops it was this short temper that caused the fatal events that took place on the afternoon of July 12, 1997.
Cigarettes Are Deadly
While out looking for scrap metal, Chihuahua encountered a homeless man on N. Ashland Avenue. Police allege that Chihuahua demanded a cigarette from the homeless man, who refused to comply. After a brief argument, the homeless man lay down to sleep on a makeshift bed. But the argument wasn't over in Chihuahua's mind.
As the other man continued to sleep, Chihuahua looked around and found a piece of steel re-bar. According to cops, Chihuahua proceeded to unleash all of his anger over the refused cigarette by hitting the man repeatedly over the head.
Witnesses Come Forward
The victim, who was later identified as Ruben Diaz, died at the scene. Chihuahua allegedly threatened all the witnesses at the scene and told them not to cooperate with authorities. Fortunately, the witnesses were cooperative and police were able to identify Chihuahua as the killer.
But Chihuahua took off, and has not been seen since he left the scene of the crime. Police occasionally receive new leads in this case, including information that Chihuahua could be in Wisconsin now, driving a blue Ford pick-up truck. Police also believe it is very likely that Chihuahua shaved his mustache.
Thoughts? This is obviously a ridiculous and senseless murder and it seems like Chihuahua was just looking for trouble. It is likely that Wisconsin info might be a bit old by now, since the case description is from 2007, but it is encouraging that Chihuahua might not necessarily have fled the country. Although if he did flee the country, I would love it if he gets caught in the Mexican state of Chihuahua.

UPDATE: I could find no recent articles online from the past few years about this case. As far as I can tell, Chihuahua is still at large as of this update (7/23/2018), since I haven't found anything suggesting otherwise. However, if anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, they are always more than welcome to let us know,
Admin Note #1: Based on wanted location, it is our advice for anyone with information on Vicente Chihuahua's whereabouts to contact Cook County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-535-STOP
