Cesar Gervacio Rodriguez was aired on the August 8th, 2009 episode of America's Most Wanted.
According to Phoenix authorities, on August 7th, 2008, Isaac Lara-Flores and Cesar Rodriguez were involved in an argument that escalated into a fist fight. The two were roommates and reportedly were arguing over a utility bill.
Police say that Rodriguez, at one point, went into the trailer and produced a handgun before shooting Flores numerous times in the chest and torso.
Rodriguez then fled from the scene in a blue 1989 Nissan 240 SX, which was found in the 8900 block of 12th Street in Phoenix.
Thoughts? Unfortunately, the archive no longer works to go into more detail. An article lists Rodriguez was 43-years old and says it was first posted in 2009 and updated this year. So no clue if this means he was 43 back then or today. In any case, this was a situation that got completely out of hand and did not have to result in murder. I take it him going back to his trailer meant there was a break in the action. That should have gave him to cool off. Instead, he apparently decided to allegedly take the coward's way out to win the fight.

UPDATE: I have not found any new articles online about this case from the past few years. As far as I can tell, Rodriguez is still at large as of this update (7/22/2018), since I haven't found anything online suggesting otherwise. However, if anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, please feel free to let us know.
