On January 19, 2006, a federal grand jury in Eugene, Oregon, indicted Josephine Sunshine Overaker and Joseph Mahmoud Dibee on multiple charges related to their alleged role in a domestic terrorism cell. Combined, the pair were charged with two conspiracy violations related to seventeen incidents, five counts of arson, one count of attempted arson, and one count of destruction of an energy facility. These crimes occurred in Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado, and Wyoming, and date back to 1996. Many of the crimes they were accused of participating in were claimed to be committed by the Earth Liberation Front (ELF) or the Animal Liberation Front (ALF).
Thoughts? Dibee and Overaker were on AMW's old website, although I don't recall if they ever made the show. Rebcca Rubin was also indicted for her role in the cell. She surrendered to Canadian authorities and was recently sentenced to five years in prison. (The fact that she surrendered is probably why it was such a light sentence.)
The problem with fugitives such as Dibee and Overaker is that while no one has been killled (that we know of) as a result of their alleged actions, someone very well could have been. And the longer they're out there, the longer there is potential for it to happen.
While wanting to protect the environment and animals is a noble cause, fugitives in this case, and also Daniel San Diego take it a bit too far.

UPDATE: On August 9, 2018, Cuban authorities sent Joseph Dibee to the custody of US authorities. At the time of Dibee's arrest, Josephine Overaker was said to be still at large.
