Sai Hoang Le is wanted for a New Year's day murder at a bar in San Jose, California. Below is the (edited) San Jose PD description of the violent night:
On January 1, 2015 at approximately 12:30 a.m., officers responded to a call of a person who was shot at the Reign Bar located at 1071 E. Capitol Expressway in San Jose, California. Officers located two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to a local area hospital. One victim, later identified as Alexander Thach Nguyen, subsequently died at the hospital from his injuries. The second victim survived and was released. The motive is unknown and the suspects were identified as 19-year old Sai Hoang Le and 18-year old Nam Nguyennhut Huynh. Huynh was arrested at San Francisco International Airport after exiting a flight that came in from Vietnam, but Le is still at large.

Thoughts? I edited in that after that press release, Huynh has since been arrested, however, Sai Le is still at large as of this posting date (9/15/2015) as far as I can tell. If anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, they are always more than welcome to let us know. I don't want to speculate but usually murders at bars happen for two reasons- either there was an argument- or the killer (s)/victim (s) already knew each other and there was a history between them.
In any case, since Le's partner was captured trying to get back into the country from Vietnam, it wouldn't surprise me if he fled to Vietnam initially himself.
