"Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of this unknown suspect. It is alleged that he may be involved with the attempted sexual exploitation of children and the sexual abuse of a minor. Images of this person were found on a video being traded on the Internet."
Thoughts? Admittedly there isn't much to work with here, compared to other FBI internet John Doe cases, but hopefully someone recognizes the suspect anyway.
