Kenny Ray Clemons, wanted for his role in covering up a violent road rage incident, was a web-exclusive case on AMW's old website. Below is the archive description of the case:
Minor Fender Bender Escalates Into Violent Road Rage Attack
Most people who have experienced a fender bender know how much it can put a damper on a day. For one 24-year-old man though, a minor car accident would leave him scarred for his life.
Police say on May 26, 2009 around 11:50 p.m., a young man accidentally rear-ended a Honda Accord while entering Interstate 10 in Baton Rouge, La. They say the Honda was stopped – along with at least one other car – due to an earlier car accident.
Cops say the apologetic driver got out of his truck to survey the damage, and told the occupants of the Honda that he had insurance and would take care of the repairs.
Little did the driver know that he had just collided with a felon who had a quick temper – and a pistol.
Authorities say the two men in the Honda were cursing at the remorseful driver when he pulled out his cell phone to call police.
According to police, the two enraged men yelled, “You want to call the police?” They say the driver then found himself staring down the barrel of a gun.
Police say one of the men fired multiple shots at the unidentified man hitting him in the chest and foot. They say the driver then ran away while the two suspects fled on foot.
Cops say the dangerous gunman would be later identified as Raydrick Sterling and the alleged accomplice was his brother, John Sterling.
Even though only two men were in the car at the time of the horrific incident, another man would enter the picture the following day.
According to police, the Sterling brothers convinced their uncle, Raymond Clemons, Sr., to report the car as being stolen from his Baton Rouge, La. house where the car was registered. Cops say Clemons said that he was making some repairs on the car outside the house, and left it unlocked with the keys inside to go take a nap. They say Clemons insisted he had no knowledge of his two nephews having the car.
Police: Three Men On The Run After Involvement In Brutal Roadside Assault
Cops now need the public’s help in tracking town these three fugitives, one of whom should be considered armed and dangerous.
Cops say the two brothers’ accused lying uncle, Kenny Ray Clemons, Sr., is 6’2” as well and weighs around 170 lbs. They also say he has a surgical scar down the center of his chest.
Police say the alleged gunman, Raydrick Demond Sterling, stands at 5’7” and weighs approximately 160 lbs. They say he has multiple tattoos on his arms and chest, two of which include “Deliah” and “Delisa” found on his neck. They also say he has several gold teeth and prior drug charges.
Authorities describe his alleged accomplice and brother, John Fitzgerald Sterling, as standing at 6’2” and weighing in around 190 lbs. They say he also has several tattoos on his arms, neck and on the fingers of his left hand, as well as a few gold teeth.
Thoughts? I am assuming Clemons is still at large but please contact this site's e-mail form if he has been arrested. The reason I only have Kenny Ray Clemons listed is the AMW archives no longer work for John or Raydrick Sterling. I believe John and Raydrick Sterling have since been captured but please correct me otherwise.
