Carlos Felino Hernandez, aired on the June 6th, 2009 episode of America's Most Wanted. He is wanted for crashing a party and killing a young man later on. Although the archive I was able to find is partially cut off, I was able to retrieve the crime description from when Hernandez and his friends arrived up to the tragic murder.
"Police say that Hernandez a street gang member from the city of Bell Calif arrived with a male friend named Sergio and two female companions named Amy and Amber. The foursome joined the party out back but soon enough cops say that Hernandez inappropriately grabbed a woman. Hernandez and the boyfriend of the groped woman began quarreling and the spat quickly escalated into a fistfight that ended up in the pool. Party guests scrammed when cops say Hernandez pulled out a gun and aimed it at some of the attendees. Hernandez got out of the pool but continued to terrorize the guests.
Cops believe he headed back to the street where Sergio's car was parked and began firing into a crowd. One of the guests accused the gunman of firing blanks just before he turned around aimed at a group of attendants and shot Ricardo in the back. Police say Ricardo died moments later Witnesses at the party told the LAPD that the shooter was Carlos Hernandez and were able to get the license plate of the black Cadillac that his friend Sergio was driving. Police say that friends of Hernandez stalled the investigation long enough for the fugitive to skip town Police have reason to believe that Hernandez fled to Mexico the following morning and have not seen him since."
Thoughts? Not that it makes Ricardo's death any less tragic but it's a miracle more people weren't shot and killed. Sergio would become a fugiitve as well but quickly be captured in Orem, Utah. Hernandez, however is still at large.
