Melvin Urbina is not related to FBI Top Tenner Fidel Urbina (at least not that I know of), and does not have the same name recognition, but he is also in my opinion a very dangerous and underrated fugitive.
He was profiled on AMW just once back in August in 2009 but is wanted for a horrific crime. He allegedly raped an 11-year old girl who attended a wedding party. The girl, helping out and looking for chairs was told by Urbina there were chairs in the basement. That's where he allegedly sexually assaulted her. Melvin Urbina is said to have ties to Mexico and Honduras. Linked below is a news article and a local news YouTube segment on Melvin Urbina.
In a rather odd coincidence, Melvin Urbina first known offense in the U.S. was the rape of a woman in 1998. The same year as Fidel Urbina's first known rape in the U.S.
(EDIT: Just wanted to mention FIDEL Urbina was eventually captured in 2016 but Melvin Urbina is, as far as I can tell, still at large.)
