Robert Joel Taylor III was profiled on AMW's old website. He is wanted for failing to regsiter as a sex offender. On May 4th, 2001, Taylor was convicted of two charges- aggravated sexual battery, and taking indecent liberties with children.
I am assuming 2009 is the wanted year since that is his most recent photo although perhaps it could be afterwards.
Thoughts? I realize not a lot to work with her but I feel this case is pretty self-explanatory. We have a guy described as a sexually violent predator convicted of two serious charges whose whereabouts are currently unknown.
