Suspect: Julian Nestor Rodriguez (Torres) DOB: 10/06/83 510/ average to medium build, short brown hair on top, very short on sides, clean shaven. Suspect has a deep cut on his right middle finger and cuts to his left hand. Last known address: 8121 144th St. Paramount.
LSW: Blue beanie, yellow “Old Navy Sharks” hooded pull over, white short sleeved undershirt, light blue shinny sweats with stripes down the side, gray shoes.
**Clothing has blood on it** Suspect changed into black clothing for ride home.
Suspect came to Riverside on Metro Link from Union Station in L.A.
SUMMARY
On Thursday 01/19/06 at 0030 hrs, the suspect was at 1400 University Ave. #E402 drinking alcohol with a male and female acquaintance. At some point, the suspect grabbed a knife from the kitchen and took out a can of pepper spray demanding to have sex with the female. He forced them into a rear bedroom where the male victim was put into a closet while he threatened to kill both victims if they resisted. The suspect and female victim went into the living room where they struggled over the knife. Both the victim and suspect were cut in the process. The knife and pepper spray were recovered. The suspect fled the area in a taxi cab and was dropped off at the Riverside Plaza where he entered the Sav-On drugs to buy the beanie and food. At the store he used money covered in blood to make his purchase. The suspect was able to get to San Bernardino and onto a Metro Link train to El Monte at 1330 hrs. He was seen at the Paramount address on the 01/14/06 with the large cut on his hand. Arrest warrant # RIF128157 bail $1,000,000.00

UPDATE: I could find no new updates online from the past few years. As far as I can tell, Rodriguez is still at large as of this update (7/21/2018), since I could find anything to suggest otherwise. However, if anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates o e way or the other, they are always more than welcome to let us know.
