-Could be selling marijuana for extra cash.
-Goes by Carl.

"Carl Asbell is charged with criminal sexual penetration and incest of his daughter and step-daughter. In 1995 he admitted to molesting his 12-year-old daughter and his 8-year-old step-daughter. He was arrested January 20, 1995 and was sentenced. He took off before he served his time and has been on the run ever since.
Police say his mother and sister live in Truth or Consequences, NM, but he may have fled to Mexico to work as an auto mechanic."
Thoughts? The above was from the old AMW archives as the case description for James Carl Asbell, who was profiled on AMW's first-ever "50 States, 50 Fugitives" special back in 2000 as the case for New Mexico. As far as I know, Asbell is still at large. Please contact us if you have proof otherwise.
